Greenfield Lawyers is led by the principal, Monique Tran, who has extensive experience in criminal law. Before opening her firm, Monique served as a criminal defence lawyer at the NSW Legal Aid Commission and the Aboriginal Legal Services and as a prosecutions lawyer at the Office of Director of Public Services. She has appeared in many high profile and extremely complex and protracted cases.

Our criminal defence lawyers are members of the NSW Law Society and the NSW Defence Lawyers Association and have trained with the Australian Advocacy Institute.
